People often group everything together instead of focusing on the quality of something and understanding the differences it has on the body. Table salt is not the same as sea salt. Sea salt DOES NOT cause high blood pressure!
@RameseSanders This is the kind of salt you want 👇 realsalt.com
@RameseSanders Processed white table salt has been altered to strip it of all benefits and it CANNOT conduct electricity, which is the main purpose of salt!! It's an "electrolyte"!! White table salt actually works to dampen the electrical charge in the human body. It's horrible!!
@RameseSanders Oh dear, wrong again, the sodium content of both table and sea salt is identical by weight with regard to raising blood pressure
@RameseSanders yes they researched that and often times people consume more salt because they are deficient in micronutrients. Sea Salt and Himalayan salt provide those micronutrients so people consume much less of it.
@RameseSanders I’m 40, eat plenty of vitamins, fruits, vegetables & herbs, walking & working out daily & eating 2-5X recommended sodium intake a day. I have healthy BP 107/75 & my RHR is 54. People always warn me about the salt I eat or dirty dozen but they drink alcohol for hobby & eat SAD🤦🏻♀️
@RameseSanders Downside of sea salt in the US is that it’s not iodized In Europe, you can find iodized sea salt & even iodized Pink Himalayan 🧂 Why is iodine important? Every cell in human body needs it. Countries w/iodine-deficent soil suffer from high rates of learning disabilities. 1/
@RameseSanders you talk a lot of sense romo. do u think rock salt is better than sea salt because sea has a lot of contaminants these days?
