I'm almost 100% sure that there will exploits in global passives sooner or later, but in the faster manner than tram compositions does. Like, even a mere useless 100 hp heals per turn could shake things up for our character/floor buff/enemy mechanics.

Am I pessimistic? Hell yeah I do. But I believe it's warranted with how they handled the powercrept problem so far, they aren't the brightest with it.
It could also means easier to trigger certain relic sets stats requirements and that's unbalanced as hell. Or it could fuck you up if it makes relic incompatible for example this new slow based relic set.
Just relized that unlike Therta and Casto which might fight for Tribbie's presence, Anaxa will make a great time without fighting over supports... Casto with RMC & Tribbie Anaxa with Sunday & Robin

If all you care is a dps that is effective and worth your pulls to do the job well in all endgame content, pull for Anaxa. He is (given the supports are aligned) the best dps to go for beside the herta.
@ChIMeRaTeX He is indeed. He might not be the best at anything, but he can be played in anywhere just fine. Smaller or newer account significantly benefited from him
@hilicurly Almost anything, he is a typical atk scaled dps and eruditions has lots of great f2p lightcones
Obviously, both are still great. But if you don't have both and planning to get one of them, it's always going to be Anaxa.
Aside from personal preference, I find it hard to recommend pulling for Jade when Anaxa exist lol. Bro get 140 cdmg in instant, jade needs to ramp it up and only up to 120. Anaxa has wider variety of team, gameplay, and endgame contents that he can cover too.
