The real test isn’t “can I build this?” It’s: Can I keep working on the same thing after the excitement is gone and the numbers are still small?
AI made building faster. It did not make choosing the right thing any easier.
Talking to users is uncomfortable. That’s usually the sign you’re finally doing the real work.
Every founder I know has two products: The one they’re shipping. And the shinier one in their notes app that keeps stealing their attention.

A lot of founders don’t have a product problem. They have a “nobody knows this exists” problem. And they keep solving it by adding another feature.

The quietest part of building: No applause after you fix something hard. No one notices the bug that never shipped. No reward for the feature you decided not to add. Just you, knowing it mattered.
@Talhashaikh1995 Exactly. Building another feature feels like progress. Telling people you exist feels like work. Most products don’t fail because they’re incomplete — they fail because they’re invisible.
