I'm at the point where I don't know what the fuck to do. I really believed in the message and purpose of the organization, and I was looking forward to getting more involved. The thing you have to consider is ammo availability. There's a decent number of domestic manufacturers making 7.62x39. I don't know of any that are making 5.45x39. And with the ban on importing Russian ammo... That being said, if I had to choose one, it'd be the 74. I'm just being realistic.

Had a guy come in with his very first gun to get some practice in. It was a Smith and Wesson M&P, iirc. He pulls it out of the case and lays it on the counter, pointing directly at my heart. I go "Whoa, okay, I need to clear that." He said "It's fine man, it doesn't have a mag in it, it's not loaded." I look him dead in the eyes and rack the slide, and wouldn't you know it, a round pops out. He looks at it and goes "Oh. My bad."

Lord help me, boys. I think I've somehow picked up strep throat for the first time in like a decade. I am dying.
