Finance people... Do the math. If there are 5,000 RVP'S and their teams sold 78,000 policies last quarter, then how many policies each RVP and his Team sold?? Aprox 17! Stop wasting your time. Moving to something better is not quitting, is progress

Look at this table from Pri-merica merica Investors Presentation. -after 40 years, 90%of agents are part timers... Cannot make it to full time -They have 5000 RVP'S, but 26,000 have been there over 10 years...Meaning , 21,000 ppl have been there this long & still can't be RVP'S!
. Quitting occurs when you remain in the same situation or go to a worser situation. Going to better situation is improving, is progress! Don't let them call you quitter. That's a brainwashing word!
Be honest and truthful to yourself. If you are not truthful to you, nobody is going to be. Look at yourself in the mirror and ask "What's paying for my food, shelter, etc". Is not from this company! Financial reports don't lie and the numbers are depressing
Certificate, awards, medals, trophies... It is just a show to keep you motivated. Even to give you a commission check it is a show.
