A girl went through passport and was told to move on - she said she was waiting for her parents, and the immi lady said in a condescending voice: how old are you??? 15!

After a 9 day flight from Melbourne they couldn't leave a bottle of shampoo in the lobby unattended so now it is on some mad journey across Auckland to hopefully eventually be delivered at the requested collection point. Going great @nzpost
