@TataAIA_Life Thank you for your response. I would like to inform you that we have already submitted all the required documents, including the NEFT form and bank proofs, to the Narwana office 10 days ago. However, till now we have not received any cheque or refund amount.

Respected @sahneyas @ChairmanIOCL AS Sahney Sir, We’ve been proudly running an IOCL petrol pump since 2017. Now facing tough competition from a nearby Jio-BP pump offering discounts on direct dispensing. Why can't IOCL dealers be allowed the same? How can we compete fairly?
