After a routine visit to the doctor, I got a text from NHS asking for feedback about my appointment. I filled in the comment section thus; 'Get lost with your corporate, American marketing crap'. The text thanked me and said my words would be passed on to the practice. I hope so.
@ProofreadJulia Every bloody thing does that now. From online shopping companies to delivery companies to absolutely every service - private or public - out there. It's tedious.
