Your timing is interesting. Delivering a speech like this in Israel, with elections on the horizon, while clearly framing it also for a US audience. Your “23-state solution” is not novel, but a recycling of the Saudi framework. Both sidestep the core issue: Islamist actors who reject coexistence outright. Repackaging failed ideas is not grounded in reality.

I doubt most Americans would call our response to Pearl Harbor, where 2,403 Americans were killed, including 68 civilians, “monstrous in deed and character.” Now imagine a country like Israel responding to an attack where more than 1,200 people were murdered and over 250 taken hostage, the vast majority civilians. Until Hamas, Hezbollah, and other armed groups disarm and abandon their stated goal of Israel’s destruction, the fighting will continue. Golda Meir’s quote comes to mind, "It is better to be alive and ugly than dead and beautiful.”

Idk man, seems like the real lack of moral leadership comes from Islamists, their proxy militias, and their supporters who choose terrorism and perpetual conflict over coexistence. Maybe they should stop attacking Israel, and things would look very different. But instead, the blame is placed on Jews for defending ourselves. Another form of victim blaming.

Of course war is unpopular, especially for the armchair experts, but sometimes it’s absolutely necessary. We’re in a cultural-political crisis because overeducated elites refuse to recognize the threats posed by “socialism” and Islamism to Western society. The demonization, delegitimization, and constant double standards applied to Israel aren’t accidental. They’re part of a broader ideological agenda. Nothing more, nothing less.

Mamdani and his allies don’t misunderstand inalienable rights, they disregard them, treating them as disposable tools to invoke when convenient and ignore when they’re not. Morocco should get past Canada. France is quite different. Once they get going, they’re unstoppable. I hope the US gets through Belgium. That red card was a joke. All the way, USA.
