@1Password I have installed 1Password on two phones. The totals on the categories screen is not the same. All Vaults are selected. I have synced the categories. It looks that one phone is missing 4 logins. Any idea on what is the cause?
Help! @AzureSupport Yesterday, I have updated the Entra ID admin of a Azure SQL Server. Now, 18 hours later: * Azure Resource Explorer shows the NEW Entra ID entry, * Azure Resource Graph Explorer still has the OLD value. Why? How do I fix this?

He @postnl, hoe maakt je van een normal tevreden klant met een slechte Costumer eXperience (CX) (maar kan nog goedkomen met een goede klantenservice) een totaal gefuseerde klant en geef je gelijk tonnen van je IT budget uit aan een zinloze User Story met een leuke gadgets:
7. Laat de klant verbaast achter met vragen: • Waarom kan iemand online aan een klant indien proces beginnen als die klacht toch niet indien kan worden buiten kantooruren? • Waarom moet de klantenservice aanwezig zijn voor online registeren van een klacht? • Het is toch 2024?
6. Maar doe het dan niet, want de klantenservice is dicht.
4. Geef extra IT geld uit aan een interactie met de account van de klant. zodat de klant niet hoef te zoeken naar de juiste gegevens en deze moet over te tikken. 5. Suggereer dat de ChatBot hier een melding van kan maken.
