Grand Master Achkouti is a 9th Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt, WT International Referee (S-Class), and a respected leader who has dedicated nearly six decades of his life to the development, teaching, and promotion of Taekwondo around the world. His experience, integrity, and lifelong commitment to our art will strengthen the global mission of the Professional Taekwondo Federation.

🇭🇰 PTF Hong Kong Appointment Announcement 🇭🇰 The Professional Taekwondo Federation (PTF) proudly appoints Master Anthony Li as the National President for Hong Kong. Master Li is an ITF 7th Dan, 4th Dan Hapkido, and a certified International Umpire A-Class. He leads the China Hong Kong Traditional Taekwondo Association, representing more than 1,000 members and a long-standing legacy in Hong Kong’s martial arts community. His leadership, experience, and passion for Taekwondo will strengthen PTF’s presence in Hong Kong and the greater region.
