@TalkinBaseball_ Obviously he wasn’t throwing at him. Stone had a perfect game. But he’s allowed to be fired up about 95 coming at his rib cage. Calling him irrelevant after only stokes the fire & kinda proves he was the one that said something after the brushback that caused the benches to clear
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Jeez man. First, it wasn’t 95. It was 92 and it was a cutter, not even a four seam fastball. Second, it wasn’t even close to his ribs. If anything it would have glanced off his elbow pad. There was no intention there at all and it was a silly overreaction.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Smith is also the guy who refused to fist bump Arozarena. I think he just doesn’t like brown people that much.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Goofball tried to bunt to break up perfect game and got brushed off the plate. Imagine listening to the Padre broadcast if Leody Taveras tried to lay down a bunt during Musgroves no hitter.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Profar didn’t care. He was just trying to get Stone off his game. Hes probably laughing about this whole thing right now.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Getting riled up about that pitch is a big nothing burger from Profar. And, yes, he is irrelevant-have no idea why he's still employed by a team.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ This is not what he said to him during the game but after. Profar said something to Stone, and Smith stood up for his pitcher & told Profar to be quiet. Profar escalated the situation by thinking he was worth being thrown at.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Let em talk. They always do and they’re always wrong lol
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ goes to show how some of these baseball players don’t realize how absurd it is that pitchers are basically allowed to assault other people intentionally using a very hard cork/rubber ball with virtually zero reprucussions.
@PrellersBurner @TalkinBaseball_ Profar is always chirping though. Dude would run into a wall and someone it would be the wall’s fault.
