Insanity= Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Body language says a lot to your athletes. Standing there with your arms crossed, sitting down, rolling eyes-the list goes on.. Don't do it!
Coaches- how do you find the balance between being strict and making sure your athletes are having fun?
Find ways for your athletes to give back. Not only are you doing service together but also great for team bonding!
Kids don't pick up on sarcasm well. Monitor what you say and how you say it.

If you find yourself having diarhea of the mouth w/ negativity-shut it off. Saying nothing for a few min is better than fueling negativity.
