Pour se rendre compte des ordres de grandeur, en plein été le Soleil apporte typiquement entre 800 et 1 000 W par m² au sol en milieu de journée. Sur 1 km² de ville, cela représente environ 800 à 1 000 MW de puissance reçue. C'est cette énergie, absorbée par le béton, l'asphalte et les bâtiments, qui constitue la source principale des îlots de chaleur urbains. À titre de comparaison, si l’on considère une densité urbaine d’environ 10 000 logements par km² (ordre de grandeur réaliste dans une ville dense), et l’hypothèse extrême que chaque logement dispose d’une climatisation fonctionnant simultanément, on obtient environ 10 000 climatiseurs par km². Avec une puissance électrique moyenne d’environ 1 kW par appareil, cela représente une consommation totale d’environ 10 MW. Même en prenant une hypothèse volontairement maximale, cela signifie que la totalité des climatiseurs d’un km² injecte via l’électricité environ 10 MW de chaleur nette dans le système urbain. Une climatisation, elle, ne fait que rejeter à l'extérieur la chaleur prélevée à l'intérieur, augmentée de l'électricité qu'elle consomme. Avec un COP de 3, pour évacuer 3 kWh de chaleur d'un logement, elle ne consomme qu'environ 1 kWh d'électricité et rejette donc 4 kWh à l'extérieur. Mais dans le raisonnement énergétique global, seule l’électricité consommée constitue un apport net au système urbain. On arrive donc à un rapport d’échelle très clair : Soleil : ~800 à 1 000 MW par km² Climatisation (électricité seule) : ~10 MW par km² Soit environ 1 % de l’énergie incidente solaire au moment le plus intense de la journée. Oui, dans une rue très dense remplie de groupes extérieurs de climatisation, on peut mesurer une augmentation locale de quelques dixièmes de degré, parfois davantage dans certains cas particuliers. Mais prétendre que la climatisation est la cause des îlots de chaleur urbains ou qu'elle augmente à elle seule la température d'une ville de plusieurs degrés revient à ignorer les principaux responsables : l'imperméabilisation des sols, l'absence de végétation, le stockage de chaleur par les matériaux urbains et la faible circulation d'air. En résumé, les climatiseurs peuvent contribuer marginalement à l'échauffement local d'une rue. Les îlots de chaleur urbains, eux, sont avant tout le résultat de centaines de mégawatts d'énergie solaire absorbés et stockés par la ville tout au long de la journée.

revenue is not 1.2 million euro of personal tax exposure The founder pays Körperschaftsteuer plus Gewerbesteuer plus Solidaritätszuschlag at the company level which lands around 30 percent on profit not revenue He then pays personal income tax only on what he actually distributes to himself If he was paying 660 thousand euro of personal tax on this business he was either drawing the entire revenue as salary which no German founder does because the structure is moronic, or you do not understand the difference between revenue and taxable income Either way the 55 percent number is the kind of figure that sounds correct to people who have never seen a German tax return Anyone who has actually run a GmbH knows the effective combined rate on retained earnings is closer to 30 percent and on in Germany A founder running a 1.2 million euro German ecommerce business is generating revenue from German customers, fulfilling from German warehouses or German fulfillment partners, advertising on German platforms, and dealing with German suppliers His center of life and the business's center of management are both in Germany regardless of what stamp Paraguay put in his passport The German Finanzamt does not recognize a paper residency in Paraguay when the actual life and business operations remain in Germany This is called Scheinwohnsitz and it is the most common attack vector the Finanzamt uses on people who try exactly this structure The penalty is back taxes plus interest plus a fine plus potential criminal liability under paragraph 370 AO for Steuerhinterziehung The author claims the tax bill went from 660 thousand to zero What actually happens when this structure gets reviewed and it will get reviewed because the German Finanzamt has been specifically targeting this
