Chelsea using Football Manager tactics for real. Step 1, publicly declare interest. Step 2, wait for player to express interest. Step 3 bid a ridiculous €1 which is rightfully rejected but still angers of the player. Step 4, low ball to get an unhappy player for cheaper.
