@bayraitt Not sure what the problem is here. It's a database claiming that an AI creates descriptions for them. Although it seems to me, they just scraped Sketchfab for the information. But they didn't steal anything. There is the link to your Sketchfab page...

@BG_5you @delaneykingrox Yeah, that was just an exanple. I think its easier to compare two features. Actually, I find budget refinement more dangerous than cutting a feature. Might not be a case in large studios tough.

@SirGobbersworth @delaneykingrox I agree, personalisation is important. I'm not saying its binary, its not. But from a business/project perspective you will certainly reach a point (not just once) where you have to decide A feature or B feature. I was interested, how she would decide this dilema.

My intention was to base my argument with the second line, and explain it little further with the third. Interesting. How would you change that part, keeping the lenght for twitter?

@three_eyed_fox I wrote that every project has limitation and to add one feature you need to allocate resource from other features. She reaged with a "Thats not true" answer. By logic this means the resources are unlimited.

@Neylick05 @delaneykingrox Thank you! Yes, I would love to implement such features to make a game more immersive. But the resource I use there is cut from other parts. Unless there is some clever hack to implement them.

@delaneykingrox I love this. If I remember correctly, Guild Wars 2 has something like that. They used weight based (utility) AI to achieve this. I'm playing with the idea since I saw that GDC talk. 🙂

@delaneykingrox D&D 5e dungeon masters guide have random table for magic item personalisation. Which is a good example how this could be done with a proc gen. Also a nice amount of inspiration.

@delaneykingrox I did. Way before I commented. DDO is one of my all-time favorite game for sure. Actually, this is why I commented. I thought we could have an interesting conversation about the topic. But looks like you got offended by my curiousity... Or by my limited english (not native)

@delaneykingrox Isn't it? Are you suggesting there is infinite amount of time amd resource to develop a game? Don't get me wrong, these are cool ideas. But you have to set up priorities. So you rather sit at the campfire in different poses, or have a more selection of building parts.
