@LolaSunnybutter @discord Absolutely! I contacted discord within minutes of losing my account despite 2fa, and 6 update emails since, no reply at all from discord! They won't even shut down while they investigate. The fact that someone can change the email tied to the account without 2FA is disgusting.

@ADHDdesigner I notice a sort of "clicking into place" feeling in the mornings after I take the first dose. I find it comforting. Haven't noticed a comedown. I realise it falls off when I catch my mind wandering. But I usually take that as a cue to finish tasks and feed myself 😂

@SarahCotner The perfect decompression day! On days like this, I try do tasks with no finish point or consequences. At work I like to do some abstracting; Writing down random goals, doodling ideas, creating palettes, generating assets All to help tomorrow's me. Self care ofc for the rest 🥰

Neuro-divergent people, especially women, have a long way to go in professional spaces to simply be understood. Or even recognised. We aren't defective, useless, difficult. It's temping to blame and shame. Talk about it.

The journey is only just beginning. Finding the right fit in meds, lifestyle, professional application.. The biggest hurdles are self forgiveness, and educating those close to me. It shouldn't have taken nearly 30 years. But it did. I can only improve from here. 💕

It's been 2 months since being diagnosed with ADHD + Autism, and starting some meds. Now, my mind is quiet, calm. Thoughts are orderly and don't overwhelm. The difference has shown me I didn't know how taxed I was before, how monumental my efforts just to perform tasks was.
