最近发生了一件令我觉得不可思议的事情。 #WLFI 项目方以英国制裁相关审查为由，对 HTX 相关地址中的 WLFI 资产采取了冻结措施。 需要特别说明的是： 此次被冻结的，不是所谓的被制裁主体的资产，不是HTX平台的资产，而是所有用户合法购买、持有的资产。 截至目前，我们尚未收到项目方关于冻结范围、合理合法合规的冻结依据、执行标准以及解除机制的充分说明。 制裁误伤用户的事件爆发后，全行业的友商都在帮htx渡过难关，积极帮助用户解决问题，与制裁无关的都在逐步解冻。而WLFI团队在这个时候选择冻结用户的资产——自己项目的持有者、支持者，令人难以置信，无法理解这么做的真实动机。 区块链行业之所以能够发展至今，核心价值之一就在于： 任何机构或个人，都不应随意剥夺用户对合法资产的控制权。 如果一个项目方可以因为自身判断而随意冻结用户资产，那么用户持有的究竟是数字资产，还是一串随时可能被没收的数据？ 作为平台，我们始终将用户权益放在首位。 1、HTX已经正式向WLFI提出交涉与维权要求，敦促其尽快解除冻结，恢复用户资产正常流转权利。 2、在问题解决之前，为保护用户利益并避免进一步风险扩散，HTX决定暂停WLFI相关交易服务。可以放心的是，代币一直在链上，不会丢失，一旦解冻就会开放提币。 此外，为了防患于未然，我们也关闭了和WLFI团队相关的USD1的充提，并已经把所有USD1兑换成USDT，确保用户资产安全。 对于 HTX 而言，最重要的从来不是某一个项目，而是每一位用户的权益。 我们始终认为，区块链行业的发展建立在公开、透明、公平以及用户资产自主权的基础之上。任何可能影响用户合法资产权益的行为，都应当受到充分审视，并遵循透明、合规、可验证的程序。 用户资产的安全与自由流转，是整个行业赖以发展的基础；用户对资产的自主控制权，更是区块链精神的重要体现。 今天受到影响的是 WLFI 持有者，明天受到挑战的可能是整个行业对于用户资产所有权的共识。 这一原则，不应被任何人轻易突破。 对于这次事件，我们会不遗余力采取一切合理措施维护用户合法权益，后续进展也会第一时间通过HTX官方公告同步。 最后，感谢所有用户一直以来对HTX的支持与信任，我们会永远和用户在一起。
