@OctopusEnergy hello, I’m trying to get support on adding a vehicle to the Octopus app in the devices tab. I’ve been messaging support for two months, but all the answers I’ve received suggest none of them are familiar with the app with suggestions not possible in the app. HELP.

@alex_avoigt @curacars Not really, the buttons were always on the steering wheel, no extra wiring, they just don’t get touched by accident every time the steering wheel is operated.

@VirginAtlantic maybe when you ask people to sign up for your service and you reject their password. You should probably give some clues on why it has been rejected! Otherwise your attempts to scam more money out of customers will fail!

@InstaVoltUK please get the basics right, when you have multiple chargers at a site and your app references them by number, please add these numbers to thee units. P.s. one of your chargers is faulty at McDonalds Braintree. Just don’t ask me which one it is.
