The Philadelphia Parking Authority is planning a crackdown on sidewalk parking and blocked curb ramps that make it hard for people with disabilities to get around the city. inquirer.com/transportation…
@PhillyInquirer @PhillyMayor & @PHLCouncil which Philadelphia will this crackdown begin? I know for a fact in Olney there are streets that have sidewalk parking from corner to corner.
@PhillyInquirer And yet they’ll use it as an opportunity to issue additional bs tickets to bring more money in for their private company management.
@PhillyInquirer @PhilaParking Right. We are supposed to have faith in this? Current situation on Darien St. between Locuat ans Spruce.@PhilaParking
@PhillyInquirer Walking to my stores in South Philly, there's not ONE day I dont see multiple cars blocking the curb ramps for wheelchairs.....even a walking pedestrian has to go around these cars, quite often walking into the street with cars coming at you...
@PhillyInquirer Lmao @RuePhilaCouncil doesn’t even have a functioning voicemail which impacts the disabled WAY more
@PhillyInquirer Planning on doing their job, great.
