The network issues appear to have been resolved. At this point we are cautiously optimistic that this is the end of this issue but we are still waiting for confirmation from our telco. It is probably safe to return APNK PCs to service.

Helpdesk hours: 23-24/12: normal weekend hours; 25-26/12: closed; 27–31/12: reduced help desk presence. We will deal with urgent issues and will log non-urgent issues. 1-2 Jan: closed; 3–7/1: reduced help desk presence.

We are experiencing intermittent network issues. This may affect APNK PCs and internet access. Wifi should be working. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
