After following up almost daily over calls and email for 1 month, we received refund for 1 room only that is also not full amount. There is no update on refund of 2nd room. It’s already 35 days now. Your team is not able to provide updates. We are really disappointed and did not

@Neemrana_Hotels Dear Neemrana hotels team, we booked 2 rooms on 11th and 12th April respectively which were cancelled on 15th April. As per the cancellation policy, complete amount was to be refunded in case cancellation is done within 4 days .
