@Collisionhub That would be great. Fortunately we kept pushing and got a different appraiser out here who saw the light. New OEM panels throughout the repair. Still, the industry needs some education. The customer is the loser in all these cases whether with a bad repair or unnecessary delays.

@Collisionhub Are there any articles/videos about salvage bed sides similar to your video about salvage quarters? While the bed isn’t a structural part of the cab compartment, used bedside replacement is an ugly, cheap repair being pushed by ins Co. We need position support.

@Ask_ICAR The RTS OEM Calibration Requirements Search was a good resource when it came out but doesn’t seem to have been updated since late 2019. We have ’21 & ’22 cars coming in and it’s still missing most 2020 vehicles. When can we expect updates?

@CoxHelp Forget it. I used the ph# DM’d to me and they answered my question in 1 min. While that was a simple way to get info I wish @CoxHelp had simply given me that ph# in the first place rather than what happened. There’s no shame in saying “that info is best obtained via a phone rep."

@CoxHelp @coxbusiness Of course you’re replying in DM. I’m constantly amazed at the poor customer service received from @CoxHelp who hide their lack of service by sending the conversation to DM. Sure they get account info that way but do you really think they want this kind of service shown in public?
