@Paddy_Barrett ApoB is 15th percentile Hba1c and fasting glucose top 10% Triglycerides top 1% (44) Blood pressure is 110/66 VO2max top 5% Is it really worth lowering apoB further? I think the methods to reduce (lowering sat fat) would have possible negative effects in other areas of health.
