We just released the first document of the competition on our website sites.google.com/corp/view/pgdl…. It covers competition description (datasets, metrics, etc.), timeline, rules and protocols. Hurry up... Phase 1 starts on July 15.

@PGDL_NeurIPS @PeerDavid @NeurIPSConf Thanks for the clarification! I think it would be good to say that you mean "multiple networks" for the fist data on the website... I originally thought you wanted a data independent measure of generalization

Don't miss our @NeurIPS2020 competition if you have ideas about generalization in deep learning! It has now started and submission is very simple! You just submit a measure and we calculate a score based on how well your measure predicts generalization on hundreds of deep nets!
