Wow, this is great footwork! One of the things taught at all PGC sessions is the use of footwork to create advantages around the rim!

@PGCbasketball Landing on two perpendicular to the basket is great in this scenario because you can protect the ball away from the defense and the option to use your body to go into the defender as you go up. Also allows you to see more passing options if needed since you can't pivot.
@PGCbasketball I'd love to see more examples of a staggered landing jump-stop, where the gather of ball is delayed until airborne. Sometimes refs would mistakenly call it a travel. But it allows a pivot and creates a unique advantage in some scenarios & I don't see a lot of people talk about it
