Next week I will increase my small cap portfolio substantially.
5 guaranteed buys are $OSS $OUST $NLST $DPRO and $HIVE.NE
Any others Im missing? Tips welcome!
@MajusiMr@Funmentalist 1000 you will see early 2028. They already have raised prices 30 to 50%, probably there will be another price hike early to mid 2027 and as they are full stack and build their own DCs, pricing and margins will be higher V Bare metal players like Coreweave and Iren
HIVE is acquiring the 32 MW data center it has operated in northern Sweden since 2018.
Eight years of partnership. Now a permanent commitment powering the AI compute that drives humanity forward.

Just published a new article:
My Experience and Insights from Nebius Inflection
I hope it’s useful for anyone invested in or interested in $NBIS.
Cheers! 🙌🏻
@mvcinvesting Great write up, some topics confirmed things while explanation around extending the GPU lifecycle was new to me.
All in alk, the Nebius future looks extremely bright. Thanks!
@CryptoBankz_65 I think you are right. Their GPU hourly rates already increased by 30% since June and if they end 2026 on 9 to 10B ARR, the current 65B valuation looks very cheap (also taking their other assets like Clickhouse & Avride into account).
@MMatters22596 Going back to 150? That would give them a market value of around 37B. With their growth rates and other assets like Clickhouse, Toloka and Avride that is dead cheap.
Dont see this happening
Realistically @ousterlidar should offer Amazon significant discounts for volumes as high as 1 million sensors.
Ouster’s gross margin is 46% at a $5,000 ASP for its Rev 7 sensors, implying a unit cost of roughly $2,700. Rev 8 has been described as a “low-cost” sensor designed for “high-volume production” and is said to be comparable to Rev 7 in pricing.
Assuming an ASP of $4,000 per sensor for Amazon, the potential revenue opportunity from Proteus alone could reach $4 billion.
That would translate to approximately $1.4 billion in gross profit.
And that’s just Proteus. Amazon also deploys third-party products powered by Ouster sensors, such as Digit from Agility Robotics.
How is $OUST only $3B market cap?
The man who helped write America's drone laws and helped scale $ONDS into a $7B giant....
Just walked away from all of it.
To join a $300M minnow.
Draganfly. $DPRO.
Nobody walks away from a $7B machine for a $300M one… unless he knows something the market doesn't.
1/ Who is Timothy "T3" Tenne?
Before he was a CEO, he was:
➟ A U.S. Air Force officer
➟ A leader at the FAA who helped stand up the Drone Integration Office and shape the foundational Part 107 commercial drone rules
➟ A 15,000+ hour pilot
➟ A practicing attorney (JD)
This is not a hype-man. This is a guy who built the rulebook the entire U.S. drone industry flies under.
2/ What he did at Ondas (2.5 years running American Robotics)
He took over American Robotics in Oct 2023 and turned the Optimus platform into one of the most credentialed drones in the country:
✅ Secured an FAA BVLOS waiver (Jan 2024), remote, beyond-visual-line-of-sight ops in complex airspace, valid through 2028.
✅ Landed a Kestrel counter-UAS / drone-detection order from a major U.S. urban public-safety agency (2025)
✅ Struck a U.S. manufacturing partnership with Detroit Manufacturing Systems to scale domestic, NDAA-compliant drone production (2025).
✅ Drove Optimus onto the DCMA "Blue List", the Department of War's directory of approved, secure, NDAA-compliant UAS, unlocking rapid federal procurement (Jan 2026)
He built the regulatory + defense credibility.
Then he left.
Eric Brock about Tenne:
"We are thrilled to have Tim join American Robotics and the Ondas team at this critical juncture of our growth," said Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas. "He is a talented leader and brings incredible experience in aerospace, aviation, and in deploying drone technology and services in a wide variety of customer applications and end markets ranging from industrial to municipal and military sectors. His leadership will power American Robotics to scale and leverage the leading technology platforms we have assembled in our Ondas Autonomous Systems business unit and his experience will be particularly helpful as we work with our Airobotics team to manage operations in Israel and the Middle East during the current conflicts ."
3/ Where he landed, and this is the kicker
May 2026, Tenne becomes VP of Global Strategy at $DPRO.
But he's also currently:
➟ CEO of Blitz Technology US, the optical-payload company $DPRO just signed an EXCLUSIVE Americas distribution deal with
➟ CEO of Corlens, the metalens nano-optics firm whose lens tech goes INTO those Blitz payloads
4/ Connect the dots
Draganfly didn't just hire an executive.
They brought in:
→ the strategist
→ the payload company (Blitz)
→ the lens technology (Corlens)
…all controlled by one man, all wrapped into one partnership, right as $DPRO pushes hard into defense, ISR, and counter-drone.
The guy who scaled $ONDS's flagship drone just made $DPRO his platform. 👀
Talent and technology are flowing in one direction here. Watch the optics business at $DPRO closely.
Not financial advice. DYOR. 🫡
Given the research I have done, this will likely be what my long term portfolio looks like.
Space - $RKLB
AI - $NBIS
Robotics - $OUST & $MP
Energy - $BE
Drones/Defence - $AVAV
Thoughts?
$OUST fell 14% yesterday. Section 6009 of the BUILD America 250 Act was announced the same day. This is a big moment for the $OUST thesis.
only a few people are discussing the importance of this act, so saving this could be useful alpha 👇
Here's why this act is so important for any $OUST bull:
The BUILD America 250 Act is a bipartisan, five-year surface transportation reauthorization - Chairman Graves (R-MO) and Ranking Member Larsen (D-WA) released the text on Saturday.
Section 6009 prohibits the Department of Transportation from procuring or awarding funding for any LiDAR technology produced or provided by a covered company - using the same definitions established under Section 164 of the FY25 NDAA, which already banned Chinese LiDAR from DoD procurement.
BUILD America 250 applies that same statutory framework to DOT. The effective date is one year after enactment.
The companies that fall under that definition aren't marginal players. Hesai has held the top position in global LiDAR market share for four consecutive years - 33% of the market by revenue in 2024, per Yole Group. Robosense holds 24%. The prohibition targets the dominant global supply chain.
This is the Huawei telecoms playbook, run again. National security designation. Procurement ban across defence and civilian infrastructure. Supply chain realignment toward qualified domestic suppliers. The DoD half of that playbook already passed. BUILD America 250 is the civilian infrastructure extension.
$OUST is one of the few US-headquartered LiDAR companies positioned as a qualified supplier across infrastructure sensing, smart city systems, and autonomous vehicles - the exact end markets this legislation is written to protect.
This follows my thesis of trying to buy US-based companies to win off of favourable national sovereignty concerns being pushed by President Trump. For $OUST, this is a massive opportunity to quickly gain meaningful market share from the chinese competitors.
Remember, The SAFE LiDAR Act is also coming soon. It targets national security risks associated with autonomous and remote-sensing technologies. Aiming to restrict the use of Chinese-manufactured LiDAR in critical U.S. infrastructure due to data security and cybersecurity concerns. 🇨🇳
$OUST is American born and bred. 🇺🇸
