In Israel, preparations are underway for an aid flotilla to Gaza from Turkey - "Marmara 2." The aid flotilla to Gaza is expected to depart from Turkey as early as next week - senior security officials in Israel are in discussions with the Turks to find solutions that will prevent a diplomatic crisis. The assessment is that the flotilla will consist of 3 ships, including 2 with passengers, among them journalists and Turkish parliament members. The third ship will include unspecified aid. Several solutions are being examined, including the arrival of the flotilla for inspection in Egypt and from there to the shores of Gaza; discussions with the Turks continue. The Foreign Ministry has begun reaching out to various countries to request their involvement in the flotilla issue - Israel has approached the US and UK, who have relayed the message to the Turks. @Osint613 Definitely Hamas are running short of weapons, looks like supplies
@Osint613 Turkey just better stay away. There are many aid NGOs you can contribute to. What are doing turkish journalists and parliament members in a war zone.
@Osint613 Israel controls most of Gaza already and all the ports... What are they gonna do land in front of Israeli soldiers say "hi we're here"... Okay you're here - now you can't go back In fact maybe it's a good solution they'll stay in Gaza
@Osint613 If that boat isn't being used in some way for Iran's agenda concerning Israel, Iran will see to it that it becomes a tool for advancing that agenda. Having said that, if and when it gets to Israel it should be emptied of cargo and filled with the Hamas sympathizers and sent back.
Imagine a country trying to land ships with “aid” and it’s politicians on the shores of a war zone area to aid the civilian population that just happens to have a fighting force that does not wear a uniform amongst them. Imagine if the US landed ships with Senators in Mariupol. Or ANY other war zone.
@Osint613 😄 Accept only if the Turks let you check the situation of the Kurds in Turkey with press teams and diplomats. A tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye..
@Osint613 Good luck getting by the Somalians & standby for Egyptian officials to have their hand out for a gift.' Anybody who's travelling that stretch of water knows what I'm talking about.
