@NetflixUK someone added an extra member without my consent, I’ve cancelled it (but looks like I’m being charged for it without confirming the purchase) and now I can’t change my password in app or on web either directly, via email or via text. What’s going on? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@AerLingus I received an email today to say checkin was open and ended up having to pay for 3 seats as there were no standard seats available. It’s misleading if an email advises checkin is open but you hold back standard seats until 24hours before
