Despite having a claim of ₹5,00,000 for the losses suffered, we have offered to amicably settle the matter with @bluestarindia1 for just ₹1,78,435/- (invoice amount, legal expenses, and interest). However, no action has yet been taken by the Area Service Manager, CPAG Haryana.
Offered to settle the matter with Blue Star Water Cooler for ₹1,78,435/- (bill + legal charges + interest) instead of claiming ₹5,00,000 compensation. Still awaiting action from Area Service Manager – CPAG Haryana.
