0n September 11, 2001, I was in class at Fort Rucker AL during flight training. The door opened and our commander announced that airliners had impacted the World Trade Center. The platform instructor continued teaching as if nothing happened. A moment later our commander stepped back in and said the same thing as if he wasn't heard the first time and told us that the class was cancelled. Just like that, we were a nation at war. Flight training was halted for awhile and we assumed "force protection" duties. We stood guard, filled sandbags, searched cars etc.. At this time most of our military posts were open. Overnight this changed. Eventually we resumed flight training. When we graduated, most of us were directed to combat. I was sent to the 101st Airborne Division. I was assigned to non-fight duties during the early part of the invasion of Iraq since my flight training had not been completed before I deployed to combat. I actually finished my flight training In Mosul Iraq during combat. September 11, 2001 defined what became the second half of my military career. 4 Combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan spread over the next 14 years. I give thanks that I made it through safely. I mourn all of those lost on September 11, 2001 as well as the years of combat that followed.

Trump's decision to Increase beef imports is a betrayal of the American cattle producer. The stated intent is to undercut American beef producers by 25% with this South American drug cartel beef. All made worse by congress not mandating country of origin labeling on beef. We have country of origin labeling on everything from seafood to cucumbers but not beef. American cattle producers and consumers deserve better.

I spent the morning calling voters with the Coweta County Republican Party. Blessed are the people that show up. I am so thankful for the hard work done by our local county parties.

Harris is now apparently a gun owner who loves fracking… I’m so confused. Seriously, you’re in a bad place if you can’t own your own administration’s policies.

We should have expected this but Trump is having to debate both Harris and the NBC moderators.

In the fallout over a court's finding that First Vice Chair of the Georgia Republican Party, Brian K. Pritchard, voted illegally nine times, Chair of the Party, Josh McKoon, has formally called for a meeting to oust the former from his position. bit.ly/3vJA5Wj

Securing our nation's duty is essential. A country without a border isn't a country. Biden has neglected his duty and it's time to get serious about #SecuringTheBorder. #BorderCrisis

New: A group of House Rs who are former military pilots sent out a letter to Biden today arguing DefSec. Austin and involved staff should resign immediately— or be dismissed — over his “blatant violation of the Pentagon’s Principles of Information and serious lapse in judgment…”

We've had record voter turn out in GA. Don't be fooled. This is a campaign stop, nothing more.

Here's a shocking bit of news for the uninformed. Mayorkas goes to the border. Cartels magically halve the number of border crossings in that area (Eagle Pass, TX). But the numbers in Tucson magically increase by the same number. Criminal cartels run the border, period.

Georgians are NOT disenfranchised. I voted for Georgia’s election integrity law, which makes it easy to vote and hard to cheat. I invite Harris to get back to her job, visit our Southern Border, and stop pandering to the woke left. #BorderCrisis #immigration

Instead, she’s visiting to talk about phantom voting issues. Georgians have more than sufficient access to the ballot, proven by record voter turnout in recent elections.
