@OmarMora1es Assuming (i) the developer didn’t put “heads in beds” with lackluster tenancy simply to fill occupancy for a sale and (ii) negative/positive leverage spreads in comparison to ~20yr vintage product in same submarket isn’t so wide, yes, agree.
@OmarMora1es The same goes for this product in NYC, not much new pipeline competing for any of this in the near future so steady growth and 30+ year tax abatements.
