@landofthe80s Such a fun movie. A lot better than some people would have you believe. The only failure of the film is at the end when the fake people in penguin suit penguins march on Gotham. That was pretty weak. Everything else was as good if not better than the original

@Mikehomeseller Depends on what era of Van Halen. I prefer the early Roth era VH to Rush. Generally. But I prefer Rush over the Sammy stuff and the later Roth reboot

@Marcus_Mosher @McCoolBCB Listening to one of you guys’ latest podcasts yesterday. Heard Landon still poopoo-ing Revel and ECU. FYI, Ezeiruaku, the player who went ahead of Revel last yr went to BC, who plays same level of competition. Malachi Lawrence went to UCF, lower level.

@AdamSchefter I remember Dallas liked Mims in the draft. Too many receivers on the roster though. There’s going to be a lot of guys competing for WR 5. Including a guy they just drafted that they like a lot and Mingo who they traded for the year before last.

@DiscussingFilm I hate to rain on everybody’s parade here. And I’m sure they listened to his feedback… But every film has a costume designer, someone in charge of wardrobe and an art director. There’s an army of people in charge of building these suits

@DiscussingFilm Would argue that a big IP is fine. As long as the story is good. People just want a good story. Doesn’t matter if it’s a standalone movie or a franchise film. Old or new.
