I got a notification that $TWOH's form 144 filing hit as soon as it was filed. It still is not listed at #OTCM as of right now (as far as I can tell).
You'd have to watch #EDGAR like a hawk to catch filings like this. Now, just follow the ticker and set your notifications!

Power hour and the #OTC sub-penny board just had its busiest stretch of the day, taking in $261K in a single hour with breadth almost even at 36 up and 39 down, the closest it has been all session. $AEFI drove it, absorbing $95K of that on its own. $ADTX is up 10% and still climbing, now $173K traded. The penny side is quieter and leaning red at 105 up against 123 down, with $AABB the biggest name there and off 16%. Not investment advice.
Midday and the #OTC sub-penny board keeps slipping against Friday. It ran ahead at the open and now sits about 10% behind where Friday stood at this same hour, with breadth 20 up against 35 down. On the penny side breadth is 82 up and 89 down, so the positive reading from late morning did not hold. $ADTX is the one clear bid anywhere, now the largest sub-penny name at $99K and up 8%. $EMMA and $OZSC are both still down about 40%. Not investment advice.
Late morning and the two #OTC boards have split. Penny breadth turned positive at 75 up against 70 down while sub-penny is still ugly at 16 up and 33 down. $BLLYF, the name that dominated all of last week, woke up this hour and moved back into the penny band at a cent even, $30K traded after doing almost nothing at the open. Friday's winners are the ones getting hit: $EMMA is down 52% and $OZSC down 44% after both ran hard. Not investment advice.
Opening on the #OTC tape and the two boards are pulling apart. Sub-penny has more money and more stocks trading than Friday morning, $262K across 186 names, but breadth is ugly at 10 up against 24 down. $ADTX is the exception, up 10% on $52K and building on Friday's gain. The penny band is the quiet one at 86% of normal pace with breadth dead even. $MDTC is the standout there, up 128% on $18K. Not investment advice.
Closing bell on the #OTC tape, and a correction first. Our 3pm post said $NUGS had fallen at every check and was off 32%. It reversed in the final hour, closed at $0.0147 and down just 9%, and finished as the largest penny name of the day. Elsewhere the penny band did $2.5M and sub-penny $2.2M, though a big share of that sub-penny total is $BLLYF, which crossed between the two bands today. $ADTX held on for an 18% gain. Not investment advice.
Power hour on the #OTC tape and the sellers have not let up. Breadth is at its worst of the day on both boards, 106 up against 135 down in the penny band and 32 against 45 in sub-penny. $AITX is where the pressure is, down 16% with $43K of fresh volume in this hour alone, the fastest selling anywhere today. $NUGS has fallen at every check since the open and is off 32%. $ADTX is still the best gainer at plus 22% but it is handing some back. Not investment advice.
9 days ago, we created the FinX 50, tracking 50 high signal OTC focused influencers.
This weekend we will be pushing this to 300. The FinX 50 will still be segmented, but also reconstituted monthly.
FinX tracker and the FinX Index are coming to otcsquawk.com.
Early afternoon and the sellers have taken both #OTC boards. Penny breadth is 89 up against 105 down, sub-penny 28 against 40, and the heaviest names are the ones falling. $NUGS is down 29% on $93K and has gotten worse at every check since the open. $VSEE is off 31%. The one real bid is $ADTX, which added another $86K of volume this hour, is up 14%, and is now the largest name in the sub-penny band. Not investment advice.
Midday and the action has rotated down into the #OTC sub-penny tape. $ADTX went from quiet to the biggest name in the band, adding $103K of volume in the last hour alone and up 17%. On the other side $AITX has slid all session and is off 14% on $58K, the most convincing decline on either board. The penny band is still the deeper pool at $1.97M but breadth there is dead even, 82 up and 84 down. Sub-penny is running 109% of normal pace. Not investment advice.
OTC penny band wrap ($.01-$.10)
$2.50M across 447 names, 81% of normal. Down 6.8% from Wednesday on the same measure, and the fifth straight session lower: $3.32M, $3.06M, $2.80M, $2.71M, $2.50M. Down 25% across the week.
Names traded did not follow the money down — 501, 461, 476, 444, 447. Fewer dollars, not fewer stocks.
Breadth finished 121 up, 126 down, after running as wide as 62-100 at midday.
$DTREF closed the band's largest name at $135,827, adding $91K in the final hour after sitting unchanged at $44,570 from 2pm. Tuesday it also closed largest. Wednesday it did not.
Real movers, all hundreds of price increments clear of the noise: $BLEG +412.8%, $GRDAF +39.7%, $NVSGF +20.4%, $GPOX +17.8%. Down: $MIXE -19.6%, $SGCPF -14.3%.
Sub-penny finished at $1.29M across 289 names, with breadth positive at all seven readings today.
OTC close — Thursday
Sub-penny (<$.01): $1.29M / 289 names / breadth +49-31 / 97% of normal — 39% behind Wednesday
Penny ($.01-$.10): $2.49M / 447 names / breadth +121-126 / 81% of normal — 7% behind Wednesday
Correction to this afternoon: $BLLYF closed back under a cent at $0.00919, so its $88,792 sits inside the sub-penny figure above. The band gap I flagged at 3pm was real, and it lasted about an hour.
Sub-penny breadth finished positive and was positive at all seven readings today. No other session this week managed two.
$DTREF closed the penny band's largest name at $135,827, after sitting unchanged at $44,570 from 2pm. Tuesday it also closed the band's largest. Wednesday it did not.
Strip $ADTX and $AEFI out of both sides and the rest did $870K against $1.27M Wednesday, down 31% against a headline of down 39%.
$MRES +72.2% at $0.0031 is thirteen price increments, a real move. $GNIS reads "+33.3%" again — two increments at $0.0008, as it has been all day.
