How does $OSTR governance work? Token holders wield voting power over the OSRS Treasury and key protocol decisions. 1 OSTR = 1 vote. Standard proposals direct ordinary treasury actions like buying, selling, or reallocating reserve assets. Major changes (including fees, distribution rules, governance parameters, or large treasury actions) require Constitutional Governance with higher quorum and approval requirements. How does we prove the OSRS Treasury actually exists? We use a layered Proof of Treasury model: - Dedicated OSRS treasury accounts - RuneLite plugin-based bank/inventory tracking - Public Treasury Ledger - Periodic livestream verification - Community proof requests The goal is simple: If the dashboard says we hold GP or an item, the community should be able to see that it's actually there.

How do $OSTR Gold Distributions work? 40% of the Strategy Fee is allocated to Gold Distributions. Distributions are calculated monthly by each holder's Time-Weighted Average Balance (TWAB), rewarding both the amount of OSTR held and how long it was held during the month. Once Gold is allocated, holders can: - Claim it in OSRS - Accumulate it for later - Compound it into the OSRS Treasury Unclaimed Gold remains reserved for up to 12 months. After 12 months, expired Gold is split: 50% - OSRS Treasury 50% - Next Gold Distribution 0% - Team
