Installing September 26, 2023—KB5030310 (OS Build 22621.2361) Preview does NOT install Copilot. - support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/se… The September 26, 2023—Windows configuration update installs Copilot. So, it looks like Windows 10 1903 is going to be part of a new WSUS Product Category for Security Updates where every previous version was under Product "Windows 10" be sure to add "Windows 10, version 1903 and later " to get the monthly security updates.
