A household is paying for one bin collected once a week, whilst it has 10 backrooms, tenants throw their waste everyday in small packages in front of schools and clinics instead of applying for extra bins from the money collected from tenants.

The City cannot afford to send trucks to collect waste everyday as households are only paying for one bin collected once a week. Efficient provision of services relies on the City’s ability to collect revenue
@NthabisengTshiv Yes true, I hope this is looked into in council and measures are in place to reduce the population by providing low cost housing as a measure it's time other opened land be explored to place is in demand because is between 2 major cities
@NthabisengTshiv Mam Tshivenga, with due respect, what you are saying here dsnt make sense at all. You can't expect residents to solve the problem of overcrowding in townships, uMaspala must introduce measures & controls to regulate overcrowding and influx. E.g Put giant bins on street corners.
@NthabisengTshiv A community meeting to raise such issues, and ask them for way forward since they want to be landlords at the municipalities expense. People contribute to their cleanliness.
@NthabisengTshiv Thank you for the education ma’am we learning everyday and thanks for your calmness always
@NthabisengTshiv The problem can be resolved, enforce by laws, dontnallow people to build anywhere and everywhere they want. Up thebrates for collection 2 times a week.
