Forgot it was #cycletowork day. Oh well, maybe next year I'll remember and consciously plan to cycle rather than doing it on autopilot!!!
I usually find I have a flat when I leave work later than I need and it's bad weather. On the ride home yesterday I stopped and chatted to a fellow cyclist who was changing his rear tire in 35c, not sure which is worse?!?

@beetrootandpeas The ride to work is mainly downhill and at 7am ok, the cote de prince of Wales at 5pm might feel different!
