Walton strikes first just seven minutes into the game to take a 1-0 lead over Lambert.
Halfway through the first half, Lambert equalizes with its first shot on goal. Walton’s goalkeeper drops Kasra Ghaini’s fairly tame corner kick, and Mason Keith reacts first to poke home the tying goal. Teams tied 1-1.
Lambert scores again off a corner kick. Kasra Ghaini earns the assist on this one, as he floats it perfectly into the box for Phillip Head to nod home. Walton trails 2-1 in the 27th minute.

Took a minute to confirm the goal-scorer, but it’s Vona Dievbiere who extends the Lambert lead to 3-1 over Walton. There are now 24 minutes left in regulation.
