9 days ago little Chance came in and she was pretty much done. Her eyes and body language told us everything. The good news is that she was able to go home today… (1/3)
In the time she was with us she got… 💊 Lots of medicine 🧫 Skin disease identified 🩸 Blood issues fixed 😴 Great sleep Little Chance is a street dog though and she started getting very antsy. She wanted to go home. Same as humans in hospital (2/3)
The lady who looks after her on the streets was on asking about her daily. She’s gone back to her with medicines, food and we’ll follow up more tests. She’ll bulk up now the bloods are fixed. Sometimes hard to know when to return them but Chance was ready. 🥰🙏 (3/3)
@NiallHarbison Wonderful news! Do you suspect the lady who watches out for her would contact you if any new or related issues from her original sicknesses return? Hoping little Chance doesn't need to make a return.
@NiallHarbison She looks so SO much better 😊 I'm sure some people will query why you've sent her back BUT that kind lady just needed a helping hand and I'm sure she'll love having her back and little Chance will be glad to go home. Well done Niall 😘
@NiallHarbison No footage of her and her human being reunited?
@NiallHarbison As a vet I often see people that love their dogs to bits, but don't have the funds to pay for their healthcare. The lady would have paid for this if she could afford it, so I'm glad the dog got sent back to her 😊 it's also what Chance would want too!
@NiallHarbison That's fantastic news. She's had such a fast turnaround with the right care. It sounds like she has a loving guardian to look after her and that's where she wants to be. It doesn't really get better than that.
@NiallHarbison You’ve made the beautiful boy in him shine through.
