On the positive side, I have amended the schedule as you can see attached or at parasportniagara.ca/schedule. The changes to the schedule are to reflect the cancellation of Welland, but I have also changed all practice ice sessions to games.
Secondly, our sessions in Welland have been cancelled for the remainder of the year. If I do not reach out to you shortly, please feel free to reach out to me as I want to get you on a team that best meets your needs ASAP. My apologies for this inconvenience.
The Peach Kings Centre in Grimsby and the Gale Centre in Niagara Falls have confirmed reopening on January 31st!
I would like to provide you an update on the Niagara Sledge Hockey League! We will return to play on January 31st.
Also The Niagara Ice Dogs game on January 8th with the Niagara Sledge Hockey League as a feature will be POSTPONED. We are awaiting further information on when that postponement will take place. Thank you to everyone for your patience in these hard times.
Unfortunately The Niagara Sledge Hockey League will remained PAUSED until January 26th where we will reassess the state of restrictions as they impact our ability to create safe sport opportunities.
I hope you all had a safe and happy holidays! With new restrictions put in place today - January 3rd in Grimsby (tonight) is now cancelled - look for an update on all future sessions as ParaSport Ontario assesses the restrictions.
