คิดถึงลุงฟรุต ใจดีที่สุด อุดหนุนกันมาตั้งแต่ปอตรีและปอโท เงาะคว้านเม็ดคือที่สุด แตงโมปช่เย็นฉ่ำๆอีก
ดีใจที่ได้จัดงานทำบุญให้คนสามย่าน รวมถึงลุงฟรุต ท่านขายผลไม้ในจุฬาฯหลายทศวรรษ แต่ท่านเสียในช่วงโควิด จะมีการระลึกทำบุญสาธารณะก็ยาก แม้แต่จุฬาฯก็ไม่มีการจัดอะไรแก่ท่าน ดีใจว่าได้มีพิธีทำบุญและลูกลุงฟรุตก็อนุโมทนาให้ภาพ ลุงฟรุตและป้ามาลีภรรยาลุง มาร่วมในงานอุทิศบุญครั้งนี้ด้วย

นี่เป็นคนที่ไปเกณฑ์ทหารตามกฎหมายกำหนด ได้ใบดำ ถึงจะรอดแล้วแต่ก็ไม่เห็นด้วยกับการบังคับเกณฑ์อยู่ดี เพราะเห็นการหนีทหารที่มีเงินเข้ามาเกี่ยวเยอะมาก+สวัสดิการที่ห่วยแตก การสมัครใจนอกจากจะได้คนที่พร้อมจะเป็น อาจช่วยพัฒนาสมัสดิการให้ดีขึ้นก็ได้นะ ไปลงชื่อเถอะทุกคน 🥹
ตอนนี้ยังทันนะคะ ลงไม่ยาก ประเด็นคำถามไม่เยอะ นอกจากเปลี่ยนการบังคับเกณฑ์ทหารเป็นระบบสมัครใจแล้ว ยังทำให้คนที่สมัครใจไปเป็นทหารได้รับสวัสดิการที่เป็นธรรม มีความก้าวหน้าถ้าอยากไปต่อ ไม่ถูกเอาเปรียบ และที่สำคัญ การฝึกมีมาตรฐาน ต้องไม่มีการซ้อมทรมาน โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ด้วย

◾เดดไลน์วันนี้ เปิดรับฟังความเห็นร่าง พ.ร.บ.รับราชการทหาร ปรับสู่ระบบสมัครใจ 6 มิ.ย. 2569 เว็บไซต์ รัฐสภาเปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็นร่าง พ.ร.บ.รับราชการทหาร พ.ศ. … เสนอโดย เอกราช อุดมอำนวย สส.พรรคประชาชน และคณะ ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ โดยวันนี้ (6 มิ.ย.) เป็นวันสุดท้าย , ในเว็บไซต์ระบุสาระสำคัญของร่าง พ.ร.บ.ฉบับนี้ ประกอบด้วย 1. ปรับปรุงให้การรับราชการทหารกองประจำการเป็นสิทธิของบุคคลที่มีสัญชาติไทย แทนหน้าที่ของชายที่มีสัญชาติไทย โดยชายไทยที่มีอายุย่างเข้า 18 ปี จะถูกบรรจุเป็นทหารกองเกินโดยอัตโนมัติตั้งแต่ 1 ม.ค.ของปีถัดไป สำหรับภูมิลำเนาทหารให้ถือเอาตามที่อยู่ทะเบียนบ้านของบุคคล 2. ปรับปรุงการรับบุคคลเข้าเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ให้ใช้วิธีรับสมัคร และคัดเลือกจากผู้ที่ประสงค์เท่านั้น แทนการเรียกมาตรวจเลือก และจะมีระยะเวลาปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นทหารกองประจำการเกิน 5 ปีไม่ได้ และให้คำนึงถึงโอกาสความก้าวหน้าทางอาชีพเพื่อเป็นข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวนและสัญญาบัตร 3. กำหนดกรณีที่คณะรัฐมนตรีเห็นว่าประเทศอาจเผชิญสงครามในระยะเวลาอันใกล้ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาเรียกและตรวจเลือกคนเข้ากองประจำการ เพื่อให้ทหารกองเกินที่มีอายุ 18-30 ปี เข้ารับการตรวจเลือกเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ตามหลักเกณฑ์และระยะเวลาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในกฎกระทรวง ซึ่งต้องไม่เกินคราวละ 1 ปี 4. กำหนดให้หลักสูตรการฝึกทหารเป็นไปตามคำสั่ง ระเบียบ หรือหลักสูตรสากลและกฎหมายทหารระหว่างประเทศ มีการส่งเสริมหลักการประชาธิปไตย และวิธีการฝึกมีการประกันความปลอดภัย สวัสดิภาพ สิทธิมนุษยชน และศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ของทหารกองประจำการทุกคน 5. บัญญัติห้ามบุคคลใช้ทหารกองประจำการทำงานในลักษณะที่เป็นงานรับใช้ส่วนตัว และห้ามการละเมิดต่อร่างกายหรือจิตใจหรือศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ หากมีการกระทำผิดต้องมีการสอบสวนโดยเร็ว กรณีข้าราชการให้ถือว่าผิดวินัยร้ายแรง และให้ส่งเรื่องให้ ป.ป.ช. ดำเนินการตามอำนาจหน้าที่ การละเมิดฯ ข้างต้น ให้ถือเป็นความผิดตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทรมานและการกระทำให้บุคคลสูญหายอีกด้วย 6. ปรับปรุงระยะเวลาการปลดทหารกองหนุนประเภทที่ 1 ให้สอดคล้องกับประเภทที่ 2 สำหรับเงื่อนไขการปลดทหารเป็นประเภทที่ 1 หรือ 2 และระยะเวลาการปลดทหารกองหนุนประเภทที่ 2 กำหนดไว้คงเดิม 7. เปลี่ยนระวางโทษทั้งหมดเป็นโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 3 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 60,000 บาท ยกเว้นความผิดฐานทำร้ายตนเองเพื่อให้พ้นจากการรับราชการทหาร ไม่มีระวางโทษปรับ สำหรับผู้สนใจร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็น สามารถคลิกได้ที่ลิงก์เว็บไซต์ใน Reply #ประชาไท
