Emailed @RoyalMail other 3 weeks ago and still no response to them losing my phone and not taking the blame for it. Absolutely disgusting! £1000 device as well. They should be ashamed. I just pray no one else goes for this because it's a scam. Looks like I will have to take this further @RoyalMailHelp
