Do politicians not understand how tariffs work? Saying a tariff on Chinese imports will be paid by China is like saying Safeway pays your sales tax. They don’t. A tariff is just a tax on imports whose incidence is primarily borne by the buyer of the goods.

@njgroene @ericabrescia @JustJake There's also a big tradeoff with LI. You have to choose between reach and connection strength. Link with almost anyone and you maximize the number of people who'll see your posts. But it makes LI far less useful to identifying high value common connections to people.
