Uxbridge: This happened today. The nonce is from Hounslow. M Mansour was in the toilet of the pub and tried to take a little boy about 6 years old away. He ran out to his dad, who told the manager. Management grabbed him and called the police. The dad was going mad but the little boy was so scared the parents took him home. He swung for the manager but was taken down and dragged out by two onlookers. He also tried to assault with a small bottle and threw a salt shaker over the little boy. As there were no witnesses to him trying to take the boy into the toilet, he was let go. Watched him get on the bus to Hounslow. Police confirmed that’s where he lives. Please share far and wide. Arsonists reportedly used stray cats to ignite wildfires that have ravaged Southern Italy, investigators have said. Authorities examining the causes of fires in Calabria claim they have discovered evidence that felines were used as living fire-starters. It's been reported that arsonists put rags soaked in flammable liquid on the cats before setting them alight. The felines are then released in dry vegetation, spreading the fire in their panic. Candles and homemade delayed ignition devices were also reportedly found close to burnt-out areas, adding to suspicions that fires were deliberately started. The suspected tactic was revealed as firefighters battled infernos that have torn through the Pollino National Park, one of Italy's largest protected areas, where around 1,000 hectares of vegetation has already been destroyed. “These animals were released into the fields, running around and spreading the fire,” Domenico Costarella, head of Calabria's Civil Protection agency has been quoted as saying. Mr Costarella said more than 160 fires had been recorded across Calabria in recent days, blaming many of them on what he called “malicious individuals”. Italy's Association for the Defence of Animals and the Environment has announced a £870 reward for information leading to those responsible being identified and convicted, while campaigners have also lodged criminal complaints with prosecutors. Investigators have said this is not the first time animals have allegedly been used to spread fires. Similar methods were employed by crime groups in Sicily in 2016 and near Mount Vesuvius the following year.

Five years ago today I buried my 12-year-old daughter Semina. After reporting to police she had been groomed, raped, beaten and bullied Semina took her own life after being told it was her word against his. 18 months later an IOPC report showed that the detective in charge of the case had an admission of guilt but failed to arrest him. Semina nor myself were told at the time he had admitted to the rape, if she had been told she would still be here instead she was failed by all authorities payed to protect her and died thinking she wasnt believed. 💔

Caution didn't win women the vote, or equal pay, or fair sport, or the right to single-sex spaces. Sophie Cunningham is standing up for women and girls everywhere and it's glorious. Fuck caution.
