العفو العام اساس النظام العفن الذي يتحكم بنا منذ العام ١٩٩١. ولا شك في ان السجون مكتظة، والمظلومين كثر والموقوفين من دون حكم بالآلاف، ولكن حل كل هذه القضايا هو باصلاح العدالة وتمكين ومكننة المحاكم وإعادة تأهيل السجون، وليس عبر عفو عام آخر… وعفو بعد عفو، سننتهي بمجتمع مجرمين ونصابين…يا دعان بيروت أم الشرائع!

And even in the agreement what’s abundantly clear, These are defensive measures. • The problem we face right now in the short term is the Lebanese Armed Forces, while they may have willingness, do not at this moment have full capability to address all of the threats that are emanating from Hizballah inside of Lebanon.
