The @HondaofStamford service department is synonymous with inferiority. 1/10 rating because mechanic changed the oil. The service department manager should do better. Hire better. Train better. Supervise better. 0/10 for service...
I wouldn't recommend @HondaofStamford if it was the last service dept on earth. This blonde haired male associate refused to service the public in a professional capacity. He needs work in the parts department so he will not upset paying customers. @HondaofStamford 1/10 rating
I've been to about 5 Honda service depts, @HondaofStamford was the worst of them all. If you can't be professional then don't get into the service business. This blonde haired guy that talks too much shouldn't work there. He's as always been unprofessional but he's worse now.
But why try teach me a lesson? I only came to @HondaofStamford for a 30-40 minute wait for an oil change. That's not their job to teach me. I sat in the waiting area and assumed they would call me when my car was ready but instead the associate made me sit and waste my time.
The lack of excellence at the @HondaofStamford service dept that made the experience the most distasteful. The associate told me to wait after I asked if my car was finished. He went outside to help another customer AFTER this. He knew fully aware I was waiting. He didn't care.
So what should I do? The manager of @HondaofStamford gave me credit towards the next oil change. But in the process they tried to teach me a lesson. They wanted me to learn that I am powerless. The associate wanted to know that he's in charge. But I only came for an oil change.
I didn't expect poor service at @HondaofStamford. Based on my observation this new dealership is built on exclusivity. The service department was upgraded and it seems they want only certain people as customers. They took my payment and didn't provide a complete service.
So @HondaofStamford was HORRIFIC. I went there for a regular oil change. I had frequented the dealership when it was located in Greenwich, CT several times. The associate was rude, made me wait 2.5 hrs and refused to give me the print out outlining the status of my car.
