@lifeinunreality I see calling myself not like the others as marking us as different no more than terms like neurodivergent or neurodiverse. It was never meant to be negative, but I respect your opinion and I am truly sorry if it feels stigmatizing to you.
Met with one of my #managers today to update her on my #mentalhealth. I am very #lucky to have employers who take an active role in my #workplace mental health. It's easy, costs them nothing, and leaves me #happier and more #productive. I encourage all employers to do the same.
