I like this appointment. Carlisle are in a stable position and off the back of a very good season but work still to be done. Promotion the obvious aim but like Elliot in terms of the bigger picture stuff too. Looking forward to seeing how this pants out.

I think two things can be true: - Mark Hughes did a good job at Carlisle United - The club are right to make a change & progress After two dreadful years, Carlisle feel stable. The 95 point tally was a fantastic effort. Time for the club to really kick on now. #CUFC

Southend United are working alongside MRKT Insights to appoint their next manager. MRKT Insights have worked very closely with Rochdale on player recruitment in the last few years as well as other clubs on player and manager recruitment.
I've got a lot of time for Andy Butler. Very grounded, very honest. A lot of work still to be done at Scunthorpe United but feels like that togetherness remains.
