🏖️Beach report 7/14: All lifeguarded beaches are open for swimming, except for the following two beaches, which are under a swimming advisory after yesterday's recreational water quality samples exceeded the primary contact recreational water quality standard:
🛩️Saturday's coastal surveillance flight was canceled due to poor weather conditions.
🛩️Sunday's coastal surveillance flight covered Barnegat Bay, Raritan Bay, and Sandy Hook before heading south along the coast to Wildwood. Observations indicated that the beaches and water are in good condition.
🏖️Beach Report 7/13: All lifeguarded beaches are open today. Water quality samples were collected from the coastal recreational bathing beaches this morning and results will be available tomorrow afternoon.

Friday’s flight covered Barnegat Bay, Raritan Bay, Sandy Hook and the coast to Little Egg Inlet. Dolphins and rays were spotted off Island Beach State Park! 🐬 Skates were seen off Beach Haven, with bait fish in Barnegat Bay. 🐟

Observations indicate that the beaches and water are in good condition. Rays were observed throughout the coast. Baitfish were seen in Delaware Bay. Dolphins were observed near Island Beach State Park.🐬 Have a great 4th of July weekend!🇺🇸
